Thomas Allison (Western Pennsylvania), full stock flintlock long rifle, approximately .45 caliber, with set triggers, having a tiger maple stock with cheek rest, engraved silver oval medallion with thumb rest, and engraved brass three-piece patch box, the barrel inscribed T. Allison, the lock inscribed Ellis, the stock with squiggle carved bands flanking the ramrod channel, 42 1/2" octagonal barrel. Overall very good condition, 5" x 1/2" repair to left forend, crack at lower thimble through and through with an old repair, butt plate is loose, barrel has been blued, set trigger mechanism is not working.
