The Tibbits family Bible, printed for Thompson & Small, Philadelphia, 1798.
5 1/2" x 17 1/2" x 10". Front cover completely detached. Spine is in good condition and looks like it was not opened much. Old and New Testaments including Apocrypha. All pages are intact. Inside is in great condition. One volume. All pages are attached to the binding. As expected wear. Foxing and staining to pages. No engravings/woodcuts. Provenance: The Collection of Captain Hall Jackson Tibbits (1797-1872), Long Island, NY.
