Swiss pewter engraved plate, early 19th c., bearing the mark of Guillame Kruger of Geneva, with fine wrigglework decoration featuring firefighters putting out a fire, below a banner reading Au plus beau coup des chevaliers pompiers, dated 1830, with an acorn and leaf border, 16 1/4'' dia.
