Susquehanna River duck decoy, probably Bill Heverin, stamped P.K. Barnes, Perry K. Barnes was a noted market hunter from Charlestown, MD whose family hunted at Carpenter’s Point near Perryville in Cecil County. Crack to neck. Discolored spot on bottom appears to be something spilled/dripped onto it (possibly gasoline).
