Stevens Ideal "Modern Range" Number 47 single shot target rifle, .25-25 caliber, with walnut pistol grip stock, Schnabel forend, nickeled receiver, set triggers, steel Swiss style butt plate, Vernier long range tang sight, and globe front sight, 26 1/4" octagonal to round barrel. SN #21235 C&R Provenance: The Firearms & Militaria Collection of Robert Spangler Jr., West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Very good overall condition, retaining 95% barrel blue, receiver and lever re-nickeled, frosty bore, very good stocks.
