Springfield model 1888 trapdoor rifle, 45-70 caliber, with a 32 5/8" barrel, a Buffington rear sight, and a ramrod bayonet.
Barrel and ramrod show light pitting. Bore frosty. Stock has strong cartouche with normal handling marks.
