Southeastern, Pennsylvania William & Mary wainscot armchair, ca. 1725, with arched and scalloped crest, raised panel back and downward sloping arms supported by blocked and turned legs, joined by baluster and ring turned front stretcher and square side stretchers, retaining an old mellow patina. Provenance: Joe Kindig Jr. & Son Antiques 1960.
Back panel was upholstered. Plank seat replaced.
