Southeastern Pennsylvania watercolor fraktur, early 19th c., initialed DH, possibly for David Herr of Lancaster County, with a vibrant depiction of a bird perched on a tulip tree, 7 1/2" x 5 1/2".
Minor staining. Small loss to top left corner. Not examined out of frame.
