Smith & Wesson model 1926, third model hand ejector revolver, .44 special caliber, Wolf and Klar model, with checkered walnut grips and lanyard ring, retaining a factory letter indicating this firearm was shipped to the Providence Police Department, Providence RI. on August 21st, 1931, 5'' barrel. SN 38900 C&R
Retains 98% of what appears to be a very good old re-blue, bright bore with strong rifling, overall excellent condition.
