Six Pennsylvania and Virginia indentures and land grants, ca. 1790, belonging to William Gibbs and Josiah Willard Gibbs, some examples signed by Philadelphia mayor, Matthew Clarkson, others bearing the signature Patrick Henry, together with a later copy of The Virginia Gazette, June 20, 1766 and The Gazette of the United States, May 29, 1790.
The two examples bearing questionable[Patrick Henry} signatures are very light and nearly indistinguishable.
