Six Leeds pearlware cups and saucers, early 19th c., with floral, peafowl, and chinoiserie decoration.
Marks: brown house - K on cup, III on saucer, sunflower saucer - turkey foot, "bridge" saucer - brown '6', all others - no marks.Peafowl saucer - 1" hairline. Sprig cup - 1 1/2" hairline. Sprig saucer - two tiny rim flakes, two small base rim chips. Sunflower saucer - small rim flakes. Scenic cup with blue - cup with 1 1/2" hairline, base rim chip and hairline. Saucer - small rim chips. Brown floral - good condition, no apparent damage or repairs. Provenance: a Pennsylvania Educational Institution.
