Newburyport, Massachusetts silk on linen family record, dated 1786, wrought by Susan Clement, with a central panel starting with the birth of her parents in 1745 and ending with the birth of her sister Charlot in 1785, all with a large field with butterflies, bird, trailing vines, flowers, and bird in a cherry tree, 22" x 16 1/2".
