Sharps and Hankins model 1862 Civil War carbine, .52 caliber, with walnut stock, sling swivel, inscribed Sharps Patent 1859 on left receiver and Hankins Philada on right side, with brass butt plate and adjustable folding rear sight, 23 3/4" barrel. SN #720
Overall good condition, barrel number does not match, metal polished grey, light handling marks to stock, bright bore with strong rifling.
