Set of six New England painted Queen Anne maple dining chairs, ca. 1740, with Spanish feet, painted black.
Chair #1 - losses to rush seat. #2 - losses to rush seat, Spanish feet ended out 5", #3 - rush seat is an old replacement, pads added to feet. #4 - minor break in rush seat, repaired break to crest, pads added to feet. #5 - repaired breaks to stiles at crest, rear feet ended out 5". #6 - good condition, no apparent damages or repairs.
