Set of six George II mahogany dining chairs, probably Irish, ca. 1760, each with a solid splat and scalloped seat frame, supported by cabriole legs, terminating in drake feet. Provenance: David Stockwell, January 1963; The Collection of Mr. & Mrs. George P. Bissell, Jr.
Parts: Invoice from David Stockwell, Inc. dated January 22, 1963. Most with repaired breaks. A few knee returns missing. Scuffing to legs.
