Set of four Pennsylvania Queen Anne walnut dining chairs, ca. 1770, each with a serpentine crest, solid vasiform splat and trifid feet. Provenance: A Pennsylvania collection.
1-rear corner blocks replaced. Small repaired break to tip of rear leg. 2-repaired break to crest above splat. Patch to center toe of front foot. 3-repaired breaks around seat frame/stile mortise joint. Patch to tip of rear leg. 4-repaired breaks to crest and shoe. Large patches to rear legs.
