Richard Evett Bishop(American, 1887-1975), Three oil on board, titled "Spoonbill 1965", 6" x 8", "Swan Trumpeter 1966", and "Whistling Swan, Utah 1969", 6" x 8".
Swan: Pencil crop marks to left, right and bottom edges. Others okay. Overall good condition. No apparent touch-ups/repairs. The Private Studio Collection of Richard E. Bishop is being offered to the public for the first time. Each piece comes with a history of the artist, his work, and a signed letter from Bishop’s heirs authenticating the work and it’s place in the private collection. Each is now in a ivory mat and a contemporary plain black wood frame (note that some frames do have abrasions).
