Richard Evett Bishop(American, 1887-1975), oil on board of 3 ducks on ice, together with another of a ringneck pheasant, executed in 1966, 6" x 8". One with a fence sketched into scene in pencil. Other ok. Overall good condition. No apparent touch-ups/repairs. The Private Studio Collection of Richard E. Bishop is being offered to the public for the first time. Each piece comes with a history of the artist, his work, and a signed letter from Bishop’s heirs authenticating the work and its place in the private collection. Each is now in an ivory mat and a contemporary plain black wood frame (note that some frames do have abrasions).
