Revolutionary War era signed letter from Isaac Huger, South Carolina, dated Sept. 28th, 1783, who was a General in the Continental Army, the handwritten note inscribed Sir, The bearer Mr. John McWilliams with Mr.. Thomas Walling and Mr. Rolland three honest men (and friends to the United States of America) desirous of settling in Georgia..., 7 1/4" x 6 1/4".
