Revolutionary War era Colonel William Plunket signed salt requisition, dated Dec. 16th,, 1777, address to Sam'l Wallis' representative at Muncy, charging account half a bushel of salt, Colonel Plunket organized the 3rd Battalion of the Northumberland County Associators, Samuel Wallis had ties to Benedict Arnold with speculation that he also was a British agent, 2 1/2" x 6 7/8".
