Revolutionary War era flintlock musket, approximately .78 caliber, short land pattern Brown Bess, the lock inscribed B. Homer, no apparent proof marks, with walnut stock, having a brass trigger guard, side plate, nose cap, and butt plate, with brass shield form thumb escutcheon, 41 3/4" barrel. Overall good condition, pinned break repair to left side of stock between trigger guard and lock, all metal turning brown, does not stay cocked, missing upper and lower swing swivels, losses to stock at edge of barrel at muzzle.
