Rare Reading, Pennsylvania banjo clock, ca. 1835, the face inscribed "Joseph Fix Maker Reading, PA", 39" h. Parts: weight, pendulum, and bob available. Dial is in excellent condition. May be slight touch-up to numerals and name. Finial old, may be original. Copy of an old newspaper article on the clock accompanies this lot. Panel in door was cut in later.
