Rare Queen Anne miniature painted pine and maple tall chest, ca. 1750, in two parts, the top with a cove cornice above 2 small drawers over 3 long drawers, resting on a base with 2 small drawers, pronounced scalloped skirt, and cabriole legs terminating in crooked feet, 48" h., 18" w.
Molding losses to four drawers. 2" loss of waist molding on right side back. Loss of side strip left back. Right rear leg missing knee return. Fingernail scuffing at drawer knobs. Overall good condition.
