Rare Pennsylvania miniature blanket chest dated 1786, the top with two ivory tulips above a front with two tulips flanking the date, with tulip decorated sides, resting on oversized scalloped bracket feet, 7" h., 9 1/2" w. Provenance: Sold at Christies, The Collection of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Scott Jr., June 10, 1994, Lot 597.
