Rare English massive musical steeple clock, signed on the face and engraved on the backplate "James McCabe Cornhill London 1806", the gothic case with brass floral vine inlay and carved animal paw feet, all enclosing a 3-train works with 11 bells, lower cylinder, and pipe organ mechanism, the side plate engraved "French Royal Exchange, London" (James Moore French), 68 1/4" h. Parts: pendulum, winder, three keys, organ key, and veneer pieces. 12 songs. Mechanism runs but no sound is produced. Feet reattached, probably original. Dial repainted. Veneer patches to hood.
