Platinum diamond and blue sapphire ring, the oval cut sapphire approx. 1.75 cts. flanked by two round cut diamonds, approx. 0.65 and 0.68 cts., flanked by two tapered baguette cut diamonds, approx. 1.40 ct. total diamond weight, 3.5 dwt.
