Philadelphia Queen Anne mahogany candlestand, ca. 1765, the circular top above a slender standard with suppressed ball, supported by cabriole legs terminating in pad feet, 30" h., 17 3/4" dia.
One foot is an old replacement (replaced below ankle). Turned element between top and standard replaced. Provenance: Estate of Walter Bott Loucks Jr., York, Pennsylvania.
