Philadelphia or Baltimore Chippendale mahogany Pembroke table, ca. 1775, with a drop leaf top and single drawer, supported by square legs with fretwork returns joined by pierced serpentine cross stretcher, 28" h., 20" w., 28" d.
Width - 20 1/2" (with leaves down), 37" (with leaves up). Large repaired triangular break to one leaf. Brass replaced (circular patch). One board top. Drawer back and bottom rebuilt. Fretwork returns and stretcher are original.
