Philadelphia late Federal mahogany secretary, ca. 1835, 95" h., 46" w. This secretary was purportedly built for Charles Williams (1798-1880), a Philadelphia Quaker merchant and has descended in the family to the present owner.
Original finials. Center finial with small repaired break to bottom. One side finial with repaired break to bottom and newer post. Replaced pulls and locks. Overall good clean condition.
