Philadelphia Federal mahogany tall case clock, ca. 1800, the broken arch bonnet enclosing an 8-day works with painted face, signed "Benjn Clark Philadelphia", over a waist with fluted quarter columns and line inlaid door suuported by bracket feet, retaining an old crackled varnish surface, 89" h.
Parts: pendulum, two weights. Old crackled varnish surface. Broken arch reduced in height. Glass replaced. Feet/base molding replaced. Patches to worm damage at base of backboard. A couple small veneer losses. We do not guarantee the working condition of clocks.
