Philadelphia Chippendale walnut tall case clock, ca. 1775, the broken arch bonnet enclosing an eight-day works with a moonphase and silvered dial, signed Willm Huston Philadelphia, above a case with a highly figured door and a scalloped panel base, 102" h.
Finials replaced, small chip to one rosette, moon dial repainted, movement and case by association, loss to one tooth of dentil molding, small loss at door lock at catch, waist door hinges replaced, small loss to one spur of shaped panel, repair to lower corner of shaped panel, age crack in shaped panel, feet replaced.
