Philadelphia Chippendale walnut slant front desk, ca. 1775, the fall front enclosing a fitted interior with shell carved prospect door and serpentine drawers, above a case with an unusual configuration of 1 long, over 2 short, over 2 long drawers supported by bracket feet, 42 1/4" h., 37 3/4" w.
Depth - 21". Height of writing surface - 28 3/4". Brasses and feet replaced.
