Pennsylvania painted settee, mid 19th c., attributed to William F. Snyder, Mifflintown Chair Works, Juniata County, the crest decorated with panoramic landscape with the sun rising over rolling wooded hills, above 3 lyre splats and a scrolled seat with grapevine panels on an ivory ground supported by turned legs joined by flat leaf decorated stretchers, inscribed "A.B. Hart" on underside, 36" h., 74 1/4" w.
