Pennsylvania William & Mary maple daybed, ca. 1730, the adjustable back with an arched crest and 3 splats supported by baluster turned stiles over a rush seat supported by boldly turned legs joined by ball and ring turned stretchers, 37 1/2" h., 68" l. Lacking chains to adjust back. Break to one stretcher. 2 1/2" chip to one ring turner. A few other small chips.
