Pennsylvania William & Mary cherry semi-tall chest, ca. 1740, probably Chester County, with five short and three long drawers, flanked by raised panel sides supported by stile feet, retaining an old dark finish, 51'' h., 38 3/4'' w. Provenance: Paradise, Pennsylvania estate.
Brasses replaced. Several losses to drawer lips. Oak and poplar secondaries. Foot facings removed in 19th c.
