Pennsylvania Queen Anne walnut tavern table, ca. 1760, with a lift off top and base with a single drawer and turned legs terminating in pad feet, 29 1/2" h., 36" w. Provenance: Titus Geesey. Sold by order of the trustees of the Philadelphia Museum of Art to benefit acquisition funds.
Patch to rear of drawer bottom due to shrinkage. Brass replaced. Otherwise in excellent original condition.
