Lancaster County, Pennsylvania pieced and appliquéd quilt, purchased from the Kready family of Manheim by Paul Brown for the Pennsylvania Quilt and Textile Museum in Lititz, which closed around 2004, the center with a medallion of Washington, horse, and the Liberty Bell surrounded by stars, 90" x 88". Provenance: Pook & Pook, October 1st, 2011, lot 342.
