Pennsylvania painted slide lid box, late 18th c., with red floral decoration on ivory reserves and a blue background, 4" h., 10" w., 12" d.
Sporadic paint loss. Small loss to corner of lid. Age cracks to lid. 4" silver loss to edge of bottom board. Provenance: The Collection of the Studdiford Family, Point Pleasant, NJ.
