Pennsylvania painted poplar two-part Dutch cupboard, early 19th c., the upper section with an unusual lift lid secret compartment, above two glazed doors flanked by reeded and rosette carved pilasters, resting on a base with five drawers and two raised panel doors supported by straight bracket feet, retaining an old red surface with white trim and yellow highlights, 91" h., 64" w.
Paint scrubbed and enhanced in areas. Missing one pane. Brasses replaced. Lip repairs.
