Pennsylvania painted dower chest, late 18th c., the lift lid over a case with the initials "KW 1786" and "Magdalena Waldin 1790", with a salmon cartouche on a blue ground, over 2 drawers supported by bracket feet, 27" h., 47 3/4" w.
Lock replaced. Replaced brasses. Top drawer lips shaved down. Missing center drop.
