Lancaster County, Pennsylvania painted architectural corner cupboard, ca. 1770, with one piece construction, retaining an old grey and white surface, having a bold stepped dentil molded cornice over two arched glazed doors centered by fluted pilasters, encasing an interior of scalloped shelves, retaining an old red surface, all resting on a molded base, 97" h., 58" w., 28" d. Provenance: Removed from a Manheim home by Vernon Gunnion. The home was originally built by Christian Bassler, ca. 1811.
