Lititz, Pennsylvania Moravian silk on silk memorial embroidered sampler, ca. 1833, the tombstone inscribed In memory of my beloved father, John Peterson, born December 14th, 1764, departed this life Nov. 18th, 1824, attributed to Mary Ann or Rebecca Catherine Peterson, ca. 1833, with a large willow, floral spray, a large urn of flowers, and two children flanking a grave, 16" dia.
