Lock converted to percussion. 1" crack at trigger below lock tail. Crack in the curl of the wood at the bottom of the butt plate only on the cheek side. Some erosion at tail of lock plate to edge of cavity. One shallow chip above forepart of lock plate. Metal not pitted. Wood eroded between barrel and breech plug tang behind flash guard on nipple above the lock. No mechanical action. Hammer rotates but no sear action. No 1/2 or full cock.
