Pennsylvania full stock percussion long rifle, approximately .40 caliber, converted from flintlock, the barrel flat inscribed P. Shockey Lockport, with a brass three-piece patch box with preening eagle, brass crescent butt plate, trigger guard and nose cap, walnut stock with thirty-two German silver inlays of stars, hearts, moon, diamonds, and geometrics, 35 1/2'' octagonal barrel. Lock is replaced and poorly fitted, losses to stock at barrel approximately 22'' on either side, repairs and putty behind lock, losses at upper barrel tang, old repair between trigger and first thimble.
