Pennsylvania Federal walnut slant front desk, late 18th c., the fall front enclosing a fitted interior with tombstone panel prospect drawer and serpentine drawers, above a case with four drawers supported by flared bracket feet, retaining an old dark finish and original brasses, 43 1/2" h., 38" w. Provenance: Chester County Historical Society.
Original brasses. Missing one rear foot facing. 1" x 1" loss to stile above foot. Nice old surface.
