Pennsylvania Chippendale walnut slant front desk, ca. 1770, 44" h., 39" w.
Old finish. Possibly the work of Isaac Thomas. Several cracks to lid. Scratches to lid. Stains throughout. 1" x 3/4" patch to top. Knob missing from one lopher and molding. Brasses replaced. Several large patches to drawer lips. One rear foot ended out 3"/repaired. One interior drawer is replaced.
