Pennsylvania Chippendale tiger maple slant front desk, ca. 1780, the fall front enclosing an interior with serpentine front drawers, over a case with four drawers flanked by ring turned columns supported by ogee bracket feet, 41 1/2" h., 35 1/2" w. Provenance: Leland Little Auctions, 9/19/09, Lot 381.
Hinges replaced. The top board is an unusual three board construction but appears to be original.
