Partial porcelain dinner service attributed to the Dihl et Guerhardt factory, late 18th c., in the chantilly pattern to include 3 open vegetable dishes and 10 plates. This pattern was used by both Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson. This service descended in the Birckhead family of Baltimore.

Condition

Wear to gold gilt throughout. Two plates with hairlines. One plate - small rim chip.
