Pair of Philadelphia Queen Anne walnut dining chairs, ca. 1755, possibly the workshop of William Savery, each with an incised cupid's bow crest above a solid vasiform splat and trapezoidal slip seat supported by cabriole legs terminating in pad feet, one chair retains an exceptional original dry surface, the other in a mellow 19th c. finish.
