Pair of New York oval watercolor on ivory mourning scenes, late 18th c., with T. van Wagenen born Octr 29 AD 1765 died 10 Septr 1789 aged 24 years and Mary v. Wagenen Obt 1st October 1791 AD 23 years & 11 months inscribed around the oval portrait, inscribed around the oval portrait, each with a gentleman leaning on a tomb in a landscape, 2 3/4" h. Provenance: John Garrison-Yonder Hill Dwellers.
One glass cracked. Good condition. No other apparent condition issues.
